Do I need Telegram Premium?
Only for Telegram Business one-to-one chats. Groups, your own bot and signing in with your personal account work without it.
Will my personal chats show up?
An AI check keeps to sales chats and holds back private messages by default. Each member can change those filters for their own chats.
Can I reply from Crossing Edge?
Yes. Read the whole chat on the customer's record and reply from there; the message goes out through Telegram.
