Sales email,
filed by itself.
Connect Gmail once. Every sales email lands on the right contact, company and deal, threaded into one conversation with a one-line brief, and Crossing Edge tells you who is waiting on a reply.
What happens to each email
- Matched to the customer. Senders and recipients are matched to your contacts and companies, and the email joins their conversation and any open deal.
- Only sales email. An AI check keeps personal and private mail out; anything unclear waits in a review list only you can see.
- Threaded into conversations. Replies stay together, across your team's inboxes, with a short brief of where things stand.
- Who owes a reply. See at a glance which conversations need you and which are waiting on them.
- New people become contacts, so nobody who wrote to you goes missing.
Reply without leaving the CRM
Reply or reply all from the conversation, with your signature and attachments, sent from your own Gmail. Ask Crossing Edge to draft it and it writes the way you do, learned from your own sent email, ready for you to edit.
Questions
How does Crossing Edge know which emails are sales email?
Each new email is read by an AI check that asks whether it's about selling and whether it's private. Clear sales email comes in, clearly personal or private email stays out, and anything in between waits in a review list only you can see.
Can my team see my personal email?
No. Only email judged to be sales comes into the CRM, private email is held back, and the review list for unclear email is visible only to the inbox's owner.
Can I reply from Crossing Edge?
Yes. Reply or reply all from the conversation, with your signature, and the email is sent from your own Gmail. Crossing Edge can draft the reply in your own writing style for you to edit.
How do I connect it?
In Settings, add your Gmail address and an app password from your Google account. Each member connects their own inbox, and recent email from the last week comes in as soon as you connect.
